Leases for Landlords realises that it is vital that any lease is completed as quickly as possible. Lengthy negotiations are of little benefit to anybody (except a lawyer on an hourly rate!) and we therefore always aim to have the lease prepared for consideration by the tenant within 48 hours of receiving proper instructions.
