The "L4L Fast Track Lease" is a unique product which we have designed to enable you to complete a lease to a tenant within a week of terms being agreed. The L4L Fast Track Lease is appropriate for:

• straightforward lettings (so, for example, no need for consents from other parties or a prior Agreement for Lease);
• a lease with a term of 5 years or less; and
• rent of less than £10,000 per annum.

The L4L Fast Track Lease is a shorter and simpler form of lease prepared with the intention that the Tenant, if it wishes, will be able to review the lease itself without the need to instruct a firm of solicitors. To speed up the process, we do not supply replies to standard enquiries and title documents are also not supplied to the Tenant (other than details of the Landlord’s registered title). By keeping the paperwork to a minimum, the time from heads of terms to completing the lease can be dramatically shortened.
