“Leases for Landlords" as a concept was created based on various experiences, which I have encountered in my professional career to date.
I have spent the last few years in the Commercial Property departments of a couple of large and well respected commercial law firms. The recent boom period has seen the property and legal industries adopt the view that, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. However, as market conditions toughen, I believe we need to adapt; look at the way we work and what we can offer our clients.
And this is what I have done. By working closely with a number of commercial landlords and managing agents I have created a service which has the hallmarks of everything which is good about the highly regarded law firms – quality documents and expertise. But at the same time, Leases for Landlords introduces those elements which the property industry knows it needs but cannot readily obtain from the lawyers at the moment – innovation, speed, good communication, and a competitive, transparent pricing structure.
My main aim throughout the development of Leases for Landlords has been to create a service to work with Landlords rather than for Landlords and I look forward to working with you.
